| Minutes of the 4/24 meetings are posted. Please click here to read. |
The annual spring membership meeting took place on 4/24 at Rocky Mountain Pizza. Lots of folks attended, and a good time was enjoyed by all (beer & pizza will do that for you). Many exciting topics were discussed and some new officers were elected. Suzanne Cornick is President, Dale Woolsey is VP, Sussi Felleson is Secretary, and Carol Klar remains as Treasurer & Webmaster and three main committees were formed: Membership, Foreign Relations (to interface with other organizations), and Activities. Much discussion took place regarding scholarships, clinics, schooling days, upcoming shows and the potential for fun activities such as trail-ride/cookouts. The scholarship process is likely to be replaced with a clinic-voucher or rebate system that can be extended to a larger number of members. Fully-detailed minutes will be posted next week. Thanks again to everyone who participated! The next general membership meeting is planned for June 12th, same place, same time. This is where the ideas of this meeting will be put into action! Please plan to be there. |
